Returns & Refunds

Return Policy in Case of  Breakage:

■ Unfortunately, fragile items gets rupture while shipping.

■ We ask you  to report to Customer Service the receipt of a ruptured product within 24 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. Just take a picture of damaged product and send it to our official WhatsApp number or through E.mail.If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won’t be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can’t accept responsibility for the damages.

■ If you receive a product that has broken glass or a dented shade and report it within 24 hours, we will provide replacement glass or shade at no additional charge.

■ In case if you want refund when we receive the item we will refund you through Jazzcash,Easypaisa and Meezan Bank account.

The process of Return or Refund:

■To return an item, please contact us on our official number  0309-222-7720 with the return reason and order details. 

■ Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to Warehouse, Plot No. 1-2, Captain Chemicals Street, Near Sitara Warehouse, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad 0309-222-7720.

■ Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

■ Received item will be checked by our warehouse team for any damage.

■ Once approved from warehouse, You will receive a refund through Jazz cash,Easypaisa or Meezan Bank Account.

■ If you receive a refund, 10% cost of shipping and Packing will be deducted from your refund.

■ Exchanges (if applicable).

■ We only replace items if they are ruptured . If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our Customer Care Representative.

■ LFO replacement policy is valid for the following situations/circumstances:

■ In case you have received the wrong product.
